Site Manager TGA (m/f/d)

You have sound professional experience in the construction industry and are ready for installation. Your independent, target and cost-oriented way of working as well as your friendly demeanor and strong communication skills will enable you to complete projects in a structured and timely manner.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed training as a graduate engineer, bachelor, master, technician or master craftsman in the field of HVAC or comparable training with relevant professional experience
• Proven professional experience in TGA projects
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good user knowledge of the calculation and accounting program RIB iTWO, Auto-CAD desirable
• Knowledge of the relevant norms, regulations and standards (VOB / BGB) of the construction industry
• Ability to implement technical requirements while taking economic aspects into account

YOUR TASKS:

• Independent coordination, supervision and quality control of the TGA trades on the construction site
• Interface between the planning company and the construction site
• Participation in the pre-project phase for calculation, acquisition and work preparation
• Technical assessment of the required measures
• Setting and monitoring deadlines as well as cost control and tracking
• Ensuring deadlines, results and quality as well as communication within the project team, with clients, authorities, experts, subcontractors and internal specialist departments
• Technical management of own colleagues and subcontractors
• Initiating corrective measures and claim management
• Carrying out acceptances and tracking and rectifying defects
• Creation of documentation and as-built documents
