Calculator (m/f/d)

You are a team player and have several years of professional experience in costing or construction management for the processing of construction projects in the bidding or execution phase. With your extensive project experience you are able to lead the department in the medium term and to coordinate and implement a tender preparation in the above mentioned disciplines of the construction industry in a target and deadline oriented manner. In doing so, you will support the internal sales team with regard to the required project requirements. Your distinctive technical expertise and the handling of a calculation program customary in the market for the implementation of the price determination in the offer phase will help you.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed studies as a civil engineer (TU/FH) or comparable training
• Good knowledge of construction-specific application software, ideally in RIB iTWO
• Relevant experience in the fields of costing, VOB and contracting
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and MS-Project
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English desirable
• Responsible, goal-oriented work with high decision-making and motivation skills
• Independent, flexible and structured way of working combined with economic thinking and own high standards

YOUR TASKS:

• Analyze and evaluate tender documents
• Cooperation and coordination of the involved employees in the bidding phase
• Communication within the project team, with clients, authorities, experts, subcontractors, planning participants and internal specialist departments
• Preparation of specifications as well as independent cost and performance calculations
• Defining the market inquiries and implementing the awarding of contracts for supply and subcontractor services
• Supporting the technical departments in the preparation of secondary offers or special proposals
